The duration for each class is one hour followed by up to 30 minutes of discussion and Q&A. Current classes will be held via Zoom on specified evenings from 7pm-8:30pm EST. We are currently only accepting adults.

We will discuss the lens concept which describes our nontraditional approach to these issues but this is not a clinical program. The lens concept is described in the introduction course and is used for perspective purposes. There are multiple versions discussed to make sure the concept is presented differently. 

​

This is  a support program for those struggling with low self-esteem, critically low self-esteem, and no self-esteem. This is a safe place where participants can learn about tools that can help them improve their connection and perception to their inner self. â€‹â€‹
