This is a support program for those struggling with low self-esteem, critically low self-esteem, and no self-esteem. This is a safe place where participants can learn about tools that can help them improve their connection and perception to their inner self.

For local program participants, there will be an option to do a sound healing drum circle beginning early 2025. This option will become available to the public for a fee in Spring 2025. All proceeds go 100% directly to Silver Dove Hope Circle.
